The summer technology camp at Hillcrest is all about having fun while learning about computers.  Here are some pictures and some examples of what students have created in computer camp.

Kevin, Ross, and Martina create a digital movie using the Steven Spielberg Lego Movie making set.  The digital video camera and professional quality editing

software allow them to bring their stories to life.

Here Kevin, Ross, and Martina are in the middle of creating their movie "Dinosaur Tracks".  A story that they wrote and are now directing.

Each week computer camp begins with learning and reviewing fundamental computing concepts.  Here a summer camp class works hard on a 20 minute typing drill.  Soon, they will learn the underlying concepts of word-processors and spreadsheet programs to graph their typing scores on the computer.

Computer camp is filled with fun.  Students always leave excited and wanting more.
