School Hours

Full-time – Nursery/Kindergarten through grade 12: 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Part-time – Morning program 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Part-time – Afternoon program 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Please note … All children on the premises before 8:30 a.m. and after 3:45 p.m. will be considered to be in the Before and After Program. The Before and After Program will be billed separately.

Before and After Program

Morning Program – 7 a.m. until 9 a.m.

After Program – 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $12 per day per family to a maximum of $180 per month

(Over run after 6 p.m. will be billed at $15 per half hour or any portion of)

Payment

Please Read carefully

All cheques should be made payable to Hillcrest Private School and dated the first of each month. Ten post-dated cheques for the full school term will be given at the start of the school year. A one month “written notice” must be given for any changes in student attendance. There is a 2% interest charge on all outstanding account balances and a $25 service charge for any returned cheques. Families who have outstanding balances will be asked to leave the school and will not return until their accounts are in good standing.
